Does this service pose any risk to people or pets who live or work in the space after it's treated? Our germ-defense program is completely safe to people, pets and the environment. No hazardous ingredients are used and the spaced may be safely used immediately after treatment.
Will there be residue leftover after you're done spraying? It is possible that there will be some streaking leftover on desks and tables due to hand wiping, but our team will do our very best to avoid over-wetting surfaces in order to limit this from happening. When spraying kitchen and serving areas should we prep this room differently? Before we clean your kitchen and serving areas, we advise that you stow-away exposed food (such a fruit bowls). After we spray the surfaces, they do not need to be re-wiped.
When spraying the office electronics, does this equipment need to be turned off? The spraying chemical we use is safe to use on electronics, and will not harm them whether they're powered on or off. For your energy conservation, it would be advisable to power them off.
Will your disinfectant spray show up on glass doors or monitor screens? Our misting spray will dry clear and should not be visible on any doors or handles after they've been sprayed. We will also be sure to squeegee and wipe down all surfaces after misting.
How will you clean commonly-touched appliances (like a coffee maker)? We will pre-wipe all buttons and door handles that are commonly touched, and then spray the area. Afterward, we will allow enough dwell time to kill pathogens, and then squeegee and wipe down all surfaces.
How do you clean electronic equipment? We are careful with our hand wiping and misting around electronics, and will work around any items that may have been left out. We will also disinfect high-trafficked areas, as well as under and around commonly used office items.
Can you spray closets with coats inside? Yes, we will spray the inside and outside of closets if you request this service, and will be careful not to spray directly on the coats. We do, however, recommend that you remove the coats if possible the day before.
